Mango Juice [Raw]

Ingredients:

  • 1 raw mango

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1/4 tsp saffron strands

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 tiny bit nutmeg


Method:



  1. Peel and chop mango into chunks.
  2. In a pan, put mango, nutmeg and sugar.
  3. Boil till the mango become soft.
  4. Blend in mixie.
  5. Add saffron, cardamom and bring to boil, stir continuously.
  6. Take off heat.
  7. When required add a tbsp or more to a glass of chilled water and mix well to froth.
  8. The pulp may be stored in the freezer for over a month.

It will take hardly 30 mins to prepare.

you can preserve it for 1 month if refrigerated
